How the process works

  • You apply through the contact form on my website. Once I review your application and confirm we’re a good fit, you’ll receive an intake questionnaire. This helps me understand your business, goals, target audience and expectations for the website, so we can start the project with clarity and direction.

  • In this phase, we define the structure and content of your website. You’ll provide brand photos or imagery, along with a basic written overview of your services and business. This information doesn’t need to be perfect — it serves as a foundation. I refine and structure the content so it translates into clear, professional website copy that aligns with your brand and supports your goals.

  • Based on the agreed structure and content, I design and build your custom website, fully aligned with your brand identity. The website is optimised for clarity, usability and mobile responsiveness. Before launch, everything is carefully tested across different devices and screen sizes to ensure a smooth and professional user experience.

  • After final approval, your website is prepared for launch. Hosting is set up and full support is provided during this phase, so you don’t have to worry about the technical side. Optional ongoing maintenance and hosting are available to keep your website secure, updated and aligned as your business continues to grow.

  • Thank you for the great cooperation! The design you provided was immediately PERFECT, capturing every detail and meeting all the specifications flawlessly.
